1. Compliance commitment
Spatial Regal complies with applicable trade sanctions, export controls, and anti-boycott laws. Those regimes change. This page describes our approach; the lists maintained by the relevant authorities control. Last updated 1 September 2026.
2. Who may not use SydGiG
You may not use the Platform if you are:
- Located, ordinarily resident, or organised in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction as determined under applicable US (OFAC), EU, UK, UN, Australian, Canadian, Japanese, Swiss, or Singaporean programmes — currently including, as those programmes stand, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and such other countries or regions as become comprehensively sanctioned.
- Located in a region subject to comprehensive territory-based sanctions (examples have included Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and other specified occupied Ukrainian territories as designated).
- A person or entity on a denied-party list (including OFAC SDN, EU consolidated list, UK OFSI, UN, BIS Entity List, and equivalent lists), or owned/controlled 50% or more by such persons where that aggregation rule applies.
- Using SydGiG for the benefit of any of the above, or to evade sanctions (including via VPNs, straw accounts, or nested payments).
Partial or sectoral sanctions (for example, certain Russian, Belarusian, or Venezuelan restrictions) may mean we refuse particular users, banks, goods, or payment rails even if the country is not comprehensively embargoed. Payment partners apply their own stricter lists; those can block a payout even if our policy would allow the account.
3. Export controls
Software, encryption, and technical services available through SydGiG may be subject to US EAR, EU dual-use rules, UK export controls, and others. You must not use the Platform to obtain or supply controlled military, surveillance, or dual-use items without required licences. SydGiG AI must not be used to design prohibited weapons or to support unauthorised military end-uses.
4. Screening
We and our payment partners may screen names, dates of birth, nationalities, addresses, IP addresses, and payout accounts against sanctions lists, at onboarding and periodically. We may freeze accounts and report to authorities where law requires. Contact sanctions@sydgig.com if you believe you were matched in error (false positive).
5. Your duties
Sellers and Buyers must not perform engagements that would cause SydGiG or a payment partner to violate sanctions. You must tell us if you become a restricted person. Circumvention is a serious breach and may be a crime in multiple countries.
