1. Status
SydGiG provides hosting and, where relevant, other intermediary services in the EU. We are not currently designated a Very Large Online Platform. We will update this notice if that changes. Last updated 1 September 2026.
2. Points of contact
- Users and notice-senders: dsa@sydgig.com and support@sydgig.com
- Member-state authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services: dsa@sydgig.com (legal@sydgig.com also monitored)
- Legal representative in the EU, if Art. 13 requires one, will be published here when designated. Until then use dsa@sydgig.com.
3. Notice-and-action
To notify alleged illegal content, email dsa@sydgig.com with: URL or precise location; explanation of why the content is illegal (including the legal provision if you know it); your name and email (unless the notice concerns an offence where anonymity is allowed); and a good-faith statement. We will confirm receipt, process the notice in a timely, diligent, and non-arbitrary manner, and inform you of our decision with a statement of reasons when required.
4. Content moderation and restrictions
We moderate using user reports, staff review, and automated spam/fraud/CSAM-detection signals. Restrictions include removal, reduced distribution, account suspension, or termination, as described in the Terms, AUP, and Community Guidelines. We do not use dark patterns to distort free choice of remedies.
5. Complaints and out-of-court dispute settlement
EU users may appeal a content-moderation decision via support within six months (or the statutory period). We will review under human oversight. You may also use a certified out-of-court dispute-settlement body under DSA Art. 21, without prejudice to courts.
6. Ranking (also P2B Regulation)
Search and explore ranking uses relevance to the query, profile completeness, ratings and review volume, vetting status, availability, recency, and safety signals. Paid promotion, if offered, will be labelled. We do not rank based on a Seller paying a private "success fee" outside disclosed products. Main parameters may evolve; material changes will be reflected here and, for business users, with P2B notice.
7. Advertising
If we display ads, we will label them and provide the DSA advertising transparency required (who paid, main parameters). We do not serve ads based on sensitive DSA-prohibited categories.
8. Terms for researchers and reports
Transparency reports will be published if and when our size or the DSA implementing acts require them. Vetted-researcher access can be requested at dsa@sydgig.com.
