1. Zero tolerance
Spatial Regal does not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, child labour, or human trafficking in our business or supply chain, or on the SydGiG marketplace. Last updated 1 September 2026.
2. Statutes we align with
- UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, s.54 (transparency in supply chains), whether or not we currently meet the turnover threshold.
- Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).
- Canada Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act.
- California Transparency in Supply Chains Act.
- EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and national forced-labour bans as they apply.
- ILO core conventions and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
- Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, UAE, and other national anti-trafficking laws applicable to users.
3. Marketplace rules
Listings or messages that recruit for unpaid forced work, confiscate identity documents, trap workers with debt, or exploit children are prohibited. We will remove them, suspend accounts, and report to authorities. Buyers must not use SydGiG to source labour in conditions that breach these standards.
4. Our suppliers
Cloud and payment vendors are large regulated providers. We expect them to maintain their own modern-slavery statements. We will review concerns raised with legal@sydgig.com.
5. Report a concern
Email legal@sydgig.com with "Modern slavery" in the subject. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local authorities first.
