3. Technical operation
The web application is served via Cloudflare. Authentication and primary databases are provided by Supabase. See Subprocessors.
4. EU ODR / consumer ADR
The European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to use a specific ADR entity unless a statute says so; we will participate where required. Platform disputes: see the Dispute Resolution Policy.
5. Intellectual property notice
SydGiG, the Sg monogram, and related brand assets are used by Spatial Regal. Unauthorised use is prohibited. Third-party names in examples are the property of their owners.
6. Nature of these documents
