1. When these terms apply
These Seller Terms supplement the Terms of Service. If you publish a profile, gig, credential, or portfolio, or you receive payouts, you agree to them. Last updated 1 September 2026.
2. Your warranties
- You will perform services with reasonable care and skill, and in accordance with the agreed brief, quote, or order.
- You have (or will lawfully obtain) every visa, work permit, professional licence, insurance, and tax registration required in the place of performance and in your country of tax residence.
- You will not subcontract in a way that misleads the Buyer about who does the work, and you remain responsible for subcontractors.
- Deliverables will not knowingly infringe third-party IP. You will not submit plagiarised, stolen, or unlawfully scraped work.
- You will not offer services that are prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy or that you cannot legally provide (including regulated legal, medical, investment, gambling, or weapons services without required licences).
- Your rates, availability, country, and credentials are not materially misleading.
- You will not use reviews, fake accounts, or bots to manipulate ranking.
3. Independent professional status
You acknowledge Section 6 of the Terms of Service. You are not a SydGiG employee. You set your own methods, subject to the Buyer contract. You must not hold out that you are employed by Spatial Regal or SydGiG. If you engage helpers, you are their employer or contractor, not us.
4. Deliverables and IP as between Buyer and Seller
Unless the order says otherwise, upon full payment the Seller grants the Buyer a licence or assignment that is customary for the type of work (for example, assignment of commissioned graphic-design files, or a licence for stock-like components the Seller does not own). Pre-existing tools, fonts, libraries, and Seller background IP remain with the Seller, licensed as needed for the Buyer to use the deliverable. Third-party materials need the right licences. SydGiG is not a party to that IP transfer except as a host of files.
5. Payouts and KYC
You must complete identity, tax, and sanctions onboarding required by us or the payment partner. You authorise us to share necessary data with that partner. False KYC information is grounds for termination and fund freeze where lawful.
6. Subscriptions and paid features
Paid Seller plans, boosts, or store apps renew until cancelled. Fees are described at purchase. Consumer cancellation rights apply where you are a consumer buying a Platform subscription (as opposed to selling services).
