1. What SydGiG AI is
SydGiG AI is the name of optional help across accounting hints, marketing copy, support chat, work analysis, and similar productivity tasks. It is currently powered by third-party models (including Cloudflare Workers AI and successor providers). It is assistive software. Last updated 1 September 2026.
2. What SydGiG AI is not
- Not a certified public accountant, chartered accountant, tax agent, auditor, or bookkeeper.
- Not a lawyer, notary, or regulated legal practice in any country.
- Not investment, insurance, medical, or immigration advice.
- Not a guarantee of ranking, income, or legal compliance.
- Outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or invented ("hallucinated"). You must verify before you send an invoice, file a tax return, publish a claim, or rely on a figure.
3. Prompts, context, and training
When you use SydGiG AI, we send the prompt and limited relevant context (such as the tool you selected) to the model provider to generate a response. Do not paste secrets, full card numbers, passwords, or special-category data. We do not use private workspace content to train public foundation models unless we disclose it and, where required, obtain consent. Providers' own retention for abuse monitoring is described in their terms and our Subprocessors list.
4. AI laws worldwide
- EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689): SydGiG AI features are intended as limited-risk / non-high-risk productivity tools. We will provide transparency that you are interacting with AI where the Act requires it. We do not operate prohibited AI practices (social scoring by governments, untargeted facial scraping, etc.). If a feature were later classified as high-risk, we would implement the corresponding obligations or disable it in the EU.
- United States: we follow FTC truth-in-advertising guidance on AI claims, and state laws (including Colorado, California, and others as they enter force) on automated decision-making to the extent they apply. Significant decisions about account termination are not left solely to an AI without a human review path.
- China, Canada (AIDA when in force), Brazil, UK (pro-innovation framework), Singapore Model AI Governance, and other national AI or algorithm rules: we will adapt or geolimit features as required.
- Copyright: you are responsible for whether an output is original enough for your use and whether it infringes. We do not warrant that outputs are free of third-party IP.
- Deepfakes and synthetic media: do not use SydGiG AI to impersonate a real person in a deceptive way. Label synthetic marketing content where law requires it.
5. Your responsibilities
You must review outputs, remain the responsible professional toward your clients, and not use SydGiG AI to generate prohibited AUP content, malware, or mass spam. SydGiG AI conversations may be logged to improve quality and safety.
