1. Respect for IP
Users must only upload content they own or are licensed to use. SydGiG respects intellectual property rights worldwide and will disable access to infringing material when we receive a valid notice. Last updated 1 September 2026.
2. United States — DMCA
If you are a copyright owner or agent and believe material on SydGiG infringes a US copyright, send a notice that meets 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent:
- Email: copyright@sydgig.com
- Include: your signature (physical or electronic); identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material and its URL; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorised; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised agent.
We may share your notice with the user who posted the material. That user may send a counter-notice under § 512(g). Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated. This designation is intended to satisfy DMCA designated-agent requirements; we will complete any Copyright Office directory filing as required.
3. European Union and EEA
Notices of illegal content, including copyright and trademark infringement, can be submitted under the Digital Services Act using the mechanism described in the DSA notice. We will process notices that are sufficiently precise and substantiated. Hosting immunity and notice-and-action rules of the DSA, and where relevant the InfoSoc Directive and CDSM Directive as implemented in member states, apply.
4. United Kingdom and other countries
We accept substantively similar notices from rights holders in the UK (including CDPA 1988), Canada (notice-and-notice / notice-and-takedown as applicable), Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, India (IT Act / DPDP-related takedown practice), Brazil (Marco Civil), and every other jurisdiction. Include the same core elements as a DMCA notice so we can act. Local law may require a court order for some categories; we will tell you if that is the case.
5. Trademarks and publicity
Trademark complaints (including SydGiG and Spatial Regal brand abuse, and third-party marks in listings) go to copyright@sydgig.com with "Trademark" in the subject. Do not impersonate brands. Personality/publicity rights complaints are handled similarly.
6. Counter-notice and restoration
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, email a counter-notice with your identity, the material, a statement under applicable perjury rules that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and consent to jurisdiction as required by the DMCA or local equivalent. We may restore after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant obtains a court order.
7. Your work product
IP as between Buyer and Seller is governed by their order and the Seller Terms. SydGiG does not claim ownership of your deliverables. Platform software and brand remain ours.
